PART 1[1]... Usual Life

[1.1] Riding Session
was very sick...but I was too bored watching tvs at home so i went for a ride...

with my new bike..

While riding to NTUC.. the bike broke down!
The bike chain broke!
my dad always giv me lousy bikes...
so had to pushed the bike lo.
then I locked it outside NTUC...
I THINK IM DUMB!
who wans to steal a bike that dosent move

Every sundae...we promised that we will haf sports dae.
then I told to meet tmr morning..
u told me afternoon then can. I ok
I already buai song cos u dunno how to manage ur time and plan other ppl first

U 4 then sms me not feeling well

WAIT HALF DAY NVM...

bloody waste my time
and I nvr count how many times u PSed me and came late

Is technique to run 2.4km..
If u have a technique le then dun bother reading...

Before the run...

Drink about 3.8 litres a day...
Sip water throughout the day before the race even if u are not thirsty becos...
by the time u sense thirst when u are running, u are already dehydrated



Eat Items that contain carbohydrates

Carbohydrates will release energy slower that will keep you energised for longer.
But do not eat any food that are fried or fatty or oily.

For me...I eat 1 banana, 1 apple ,nuts and rice!
and A DAMN LOT OF WATER!

30 min b4 the race, u can drink high sugar drinks such as red bull and protein
SUGAR is very important as shortage of sugar will cause
dizziness, confusion, headaches, heavy legs, fainting during the race.

When u run till there is a shortage of sugar in ur blood stream, the body will break down
fat and protein into sugar to feed the brain
which can cause many problems.


During the race...
If u know need a isotonic drink halfway...
PUT ONE ON STANDBUY!

I used to hide the drink at the grass there in case I need it haha:)

After the race.. WEE

EAT LIKE SIAO! best is bring food there
after cool down straight eat!
It will reduce muscle fatigue and tmr can run again! LOLS


If u got a side stitch when u run
(a sharp pain under the rib cage),
thats becos u most likely do not run often...
or u have been exercising too much

To recover from it, u haf to warm up before u run,
or go running oftenly, increasing ur distance each time
or strengthen ur core muscles...(this i nvr try b4)
